Follow the steps for Ludo

Make Ludo your next activity in the game library. Bring all four tokens home before the other players. Choose a clear next step rather than rushing through the instructions. Read the objective before making your first input. Use the example below to understand a decision.

Play with two or four people on the same device. Follow the house rules shown on the board; internet matchmaking is not available.

A small practice goal

After a move, check what changed. Decide which rule explains the new state before acting again. Refer to the controls when needed.

What counts as success

Bring all four tokens home before the other players. An attractive position is not enough unless the goal is met. Keep the controls in easy reach.

The order of play

  1. Roll six to leave the yard.
  2. Move an eligible token by the die value; home requires an exact roll.
  3. Capture opponents on non-safe squares.
  4. Six, capture and finishing a token grant another roll; a third consecutive six forfeits that roll.

Choosing and moving on screen

Click or tap a piece and destination; use the turn indicator and legal-move feedback. A careful first action helps you become familiar with the layout. Return to the rules if the result is unexpected.

Try this example

A token two steps from home cannot use a three. Focus on why the action is allowed, not only its outcome. Notice the change in the playing area.

A common point of confusion

Safe squares cannot capture; blockades are not part of this edition. Check the rule before repeating the action. After a move, check what changed. Decide which rule explains the new state before acting again.
